My original UHaul reservation was canceled with no warning at Storeland Self Storage. I contacted customer service and she was able to rebook my reservation and direct it to the local dispatcher who found me another truck. Thanks to their efforts or it would have been a total disaster.

Charli PI would have given a higher rating if while I was at the location there is not good internet service which makes it hard to check in with that location for the service offered and there is no one onsite when having difficulty doing self service.
