This location and service was terrible, i was really regret to rent a truck from that location i was return the truck with 1 mile drive and full fuel and correct parking spot but they did not update return process for more than 24 hours and then threat me that fuel is not full even i had evidence of before and after miles and fuel truck number each and everything. I was my first experience with uhaul but terrible and not gonna rent in future if this kind of customer services you providing. Thanks

Samantha ZI made a reservation for a truck and picked a location pretty near to my place with two months in advance; few days before the date that I reserved, I received a phone call from U-Haul saying that the location didn’t have any trucks and that I would have to pick it up at a different location far away from the one that I had already booked two months before. That cost me a lot of extra time and work. The person at the location was a very nice one, but the U-Haul service lacked a lot of “Customers Service”.
