UHAUL had no AC did 15 hour drive with no air conditioning in 100 degree weather

Samantha ZI made a reservation for a truck and picked a location pretty near to my place with two months in advance; few days before the date that I reserved, I received a phone call from U-Haul saying that the location didn’t have any trucks and that I would have to pick it up at a different location far away from the one that I had already booked two months before. That cost me a lot of extra time and work. The person at the location was a very nice one, but the U-Haul service lacked a lot of “Customers Service”.
Ramon LI requested to buy tree packs of furniture pads which is 10 dollars each and they said that was just for rent and charged my card 318 dollars for the pads and also they made a mistake on the truck mileage they charging me 488.72 dollars for 328 miles and I only did 40 miles maximum, in total they charging my card 913.24 when the estimated was only about 130.00 dollars, I hope you guys can fix this
