James OI went to the place where I ordered the U-Haul and was sent to another location forcing me to pay for movers to sit there waiting at the house. She did not complete a walkaround of the vehicle and cover a checklist of the items included and what was missing. I spent $180 on blankets that were never opened or used during the entire trip. I opened a ticket and am hopeful the manager will do the right thing here and credit me back for my time and poor service from the representative.
Jeff GDaniel Storage is not open for business as of 5/12. I confirmed with Uhaul support multiple people to ensure that someone would be at the counter as there is limited cell service in the area so the app is unreliable. I arrive and the business isn’t even open, as in not an operational business, as in coming soon’.
