The owner was late for the appointment but comunicatted with me and did the paperwork ahead of time. Pickup was quick and painless once he arrived. If open hours are posted them be there during the posted hours.

The rate and customer service was great . Scheduling manager Gage was amazing . However when truck was picked up it was dirty and had 7 miles . That was the only negative thing.
Jorge LWhen I went to pick up the truck at Turner Auto Mart where the reservation was first set up, the truck was not yet assigned and there was no one at the location to help. I called the U Haul help line given on the web site, and a man named Mark was a great help and set me up at another location SellCorp Management Group a few miles down the road. That location worked great even with it being set up at the last minute.
