Grounds and office were very unkempt and dirty and the person working was not friendly. The following is directed at uhaul in general. The pickup location I chose was switched without me being notified so I went to the original pickup location. The person working there was not all helpful. I have submitted a reservation guarantee claim and was told a manager would contact me. That has never happened.

Small shop attached to a garage type setup. Husband and wife duo work here. Husband was helpful. Very small place with limited space.
BJ HThe U-Haul was very close to home and very clean
EARLENE SI rented a 15-foot truck from Wilkison Marking Services. When I received the truck there was an alert stating that the "required oil change" was needed. Also, when I parked it for the night there was a large stain on the street the next morning. I don't know where it came from the transmission or the oil. The rest of the truck was OK, but I considered not taking it because something could have happened and it be blamed on me.
