The staff member was amazing. Kind. Friendly. The truck sucked. Slow to speed up. And most important. Slow to stop. I was almost in accident on freeway twice due to other car getting in front of me and hard braking

This location was conveniently located with a spacious parking lot making drop off easy. I arrived shortly before closing time and the manager of the site was quick to get a hi-lo to unhook the trailer and let me get on my way quickly.

Dean SWould not recommend by association with the pick up location. HOWEVER, the young lady who checked us in was beyond helpful and did all she could to help. SHE did her job well.
