I’m glad I made the drop off before it closed. The one staff on seemed very busy dealing with a couple people ahead of me. He came to me shortly after and said I was all good to go home and there was nothing outstanding. I ended up returning the truck with a full tank of gas to be safe. When I was walking away I saw him dealing with a very aggressive customer. It seemed this customer was returning a very large truck to this location and he wasn’t supposed to be dropping it off there. He wasn’t listening to the staff at all and seemed to be very entitled to drop it there as it “ wasn’t his problem” . I hope this customer got charged for his error and banned from renting U-Haul again for the way he was treating your staff!

Trailer was dirty
Dale CThe trucks fuel gage lagged. When putting gas in the truck the needle didn’t move causing me to overfill the gas. Make the trucks required to be returned full and if it isn’t when picked up difference should be paid back.
Jarom vThe area is very tight and difficult to get in and out of the with a 26 foot supermover The van was covered in dead bugs that had not even been attempted to be cleaned off The interior was clean , the back of the van was also clean
