How U-Haul Reviews WorkMade reservations for Columbia, KY. Got txt msg day before pickup that vehicle was unavailable. Had to drive 38 miles to Edmonton KY to get vehicle. Unsat! People in Edmonton were great! Would have costed 100.00 more to drop it off local, but had to go all way back to Edmonton to drop it off. Thought you all were a national chain. That’s BS to me!!!
Ken LPoorly lit return lot with very poor wifi connection. I had to walk around the area to have mobile access to return the truck.
