The app was a complete disaster. The photos wouldn't upload, the instructions are unclear
Alex KMaybe some kind of lift to hook to your ball on the hitch. It took two to lift and attach. The trailer didnt have a landing leg.

carlos rWe picked up our trailer at this location. The representative was good, but the trailer itself had issues that they did not identify before providing it to us. When we drove it off the lot, the trailer shook the entire truck, so we had to drive 15 miles per hour back to the location. Another representative showed up, looked everything over, and stated that it was an issue with the trailer hitch we had installed on our truck. He also stated that when we loaded the trailer, the issue would go away. We mentioned that we had the same trailer type from Pennsylvania to Texas, empty and loaded, and it did not shake as it did. Again, he stated our issue was with our vehicle. When we went to an AutoZone down the road to replace the hitch, the representative there said there was no issue with our vehicle or hitch. He said he would guess there was an issue with the trailer. We decided to take it to the house and load it to see if there was still an issue, and when we did, it still shook the vehicle. We called the roadside assistance number, and Sam Amini from the Auto Parlor in Las Cruces came out on time and found that one of the tires was so lopsided it would have burst if we had tried to continue driving. An entire tire, which was not road-ready, was kept on a trailer that the rental pickup location tried to give to us. Had that tire burst while driving across the country back to Pennsylvania, I fear how we would have managed.
