Received the truck with no gas, had to fill it up to 1/4 tank prior to use. So spent $40 on that. Then dropped the truck off with more gas than we received it with and got charged another $35 for gas. So we had to pay for someone else’s gas. Also I did the booking online on where I wanted the drop off, my husband picked up the truck and the lady that confirmed the drop off location switched it to a different city 3 hours away from our location. So my price online was $250 but then the lady switched the address upped the price to $330 plus $75 gas. For a 30 minute drive. Ridiculous will never be using u haul again unless I get reimbursed. Worst experience ever. Not to mention busy moving and wasted half my day on the phone trying to figure out their mistakes.
