Paul LSign on door said closed for the week! Evidently U-Haul forgot to mention this when I rented the trailer!!!!!! Tried to check in by phone, no answer, got transferred to ALASKA! They did answer the call but couldn't help of course. Tried the app for a second time to self check in, and got server error. Called a U-Haul in Kalispell, got transferred and put on hold for a estimated hour! Tried the app one more time and got the server error again. Called a second location in Kalispell and finally got a real person, who said just go on ahead and leave it. He was very helpful. U-Haul needs to step it up and fix these issues!

Dennis WMy rental was due Wednesday. I returned it on Tuesday morning with the person there telling me we didn’t need to do anything else and we were good. Dann’s ’ Garage charged my credit card for an extra day plus fees on Wednesday. When I called, no one answered. I left a message but am still waiting for a return call.
