The company in Montana was excellent. The company in South Beloit: Tony's Towing was arrogant and called me a liar when I complained about the roof leaking and disregarded my belongings being damaged due to the roof leak. On top of that he had the nerve to charge me for a mop out when it only needed it because of the leaky roof

Dann was amazing! After a horrible pick up experience at another Uhaul location we were more than a little worried about dropping off our autotransport. Dann was friendly and welcoming. He listened to our concerns and explained what he was doing to make sure things went well. He did all of the unhooking work himself and had a great sense of humor. When he ran in to some technical issues he let us know what he was encountering and how he was going to remedy them. Because of this positive experience with Dann I would absolutely recommend renting deform him or returning to his location. I would even consider renting from Uhaul again even though the other side picking up had been so terrible. Thank you, Dann!
