This location was helpful and considerate. They had to correct errors made by 1200 East Riverside location in Evansville Indiana. That location may have had good intentions but their customer service was lacking. You stand in front of counter and minutes past before they acknowledge you. Then they stare at computer for long time without speaking or telling you what they are doing. I had stopped at that specific location to make a reservation, which had documentation for pickup there. When I show up to get the truck it took them 15 minutes staring at computer to finally tell me the truck was at a different location 10 miles away.

David MThe door nearest the return area is apparently always locked. No one was visible in the entire building even though I was returning my trailer during posted working hours for the site. When I did finally find someone, no offer was made to disconnect the trailer. Non-existent customer service.
