I forgot the name of the guy who attended me, however he was super friendly and easy to get along with. He explained the process to me and made everything super easy and hassle free. 10/10 would go back to that guy.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat customer satisfaction
RUBEN MPicked up a truck and an auto transport trailer for a one-way move, and the entire experience was seamless. The location was very convenient to access, which made getting on the road completely stress-free. The equipment was in top shape. The truck was spotless inside the cab and ran smoothly the entire trip, and the car hauler was clean and ready to go. What really set this place apart was the customer service. The owner Doc was super friendly, genuinely helpful, and took the time to share a ton of practical, useful advice on towing safety, weight distribution, and securing the vehicle properly on the transport. That level of hands-on knowledge and care takes a lot of anxiety out of moving day. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a smooth, hassle-free rental pickup.
