I was scheduled to pick up the truck on Thursday but the previous customer didn’t drop it off or bother to inform you what their plan was. I had to wait until the next morning to find out from you if the truck was arriving, which it didn’t. I had made arrangements for people to help on both sides of the move. People changed their plans for me. You could at least had a tracker on the truck so we could have begun making plans right away. I am not rating the outlets lower, it’s beyond their control. But it is you, corporate, that needs to up your game to accommodate your customers. I am very disappointed in you. In this day and age you could do a lot better. I live and work in Africa most of the time. The delivery trucks there almost always have trackers on them. Not here? Up your game to help you and your customers.
