Do U-Haul trucks or well maintain new modelsand clean. The customer service was exceptional. I experience personal issues with the online app and was greeted with a smile, kindness, and patience when navigating the online system. They were very detailed and clear about return policy policies for online after our procedures. I found it convenient and a safe area when pick up andreturning during after hours as I am a mature woman.
