Otis KThey did not have my truck ready and took additional 3 hours to get my vehicle. That caused me to load my vehicle in the rain and delayed my move by a day. Also, they did not have much of equipment I reserved and I had to beg to get an appliance dolly. Most of my reservation was cancelled for support equipment. I had to use my own in house blankets to protect my belongings and some of them got ruined. The response from the location was “that’s what happen when reserving on a Monday.” The employees were extremely lazy and dismissive. I confirmed two times prior to the reservation that my equipment would be ready. Once a week prior and once a day prior. Both times stated that my reservation was good. I would never rent from this location again and never recommend to my fellow military members.
Shaun KI showed up on my reservation date and time and their was no attendant. Without my calling the main office, it would have ruined our travel schedule terribly. However, Mrs. Tonya was absolutely the game changer because she came in on her day off and managed the purchase process to perfection. She is a diamond in the rough and should be recognized for her dedication to duty and the highest commitment to customer service assistance. Please ensure her leadership is aware of extraordinary efforts made to support the military veteran of 38 years of service. SFC , US Army, retired.
