I had to make a 3 hour round trip to this location to get the trailor I had reserved 3 weeks in advance. This location was fine, but it was supposed to be much closer to me.

Angel TWhen an agent tells you that you will receive a refund for the days that you don’t use, that should be honored! UHaul owes me for three days.
philip bHave more/better customer service agents on Sunday. Your nuts thinking someone moving is going to sit on hold for 2-3 hours for assistance. If possible i will never use uhaul again.
