I was very upset I had to pick up the rental a day earlier and an hour away from Bloomington where I had booked my reservation for. Booked reservation over a month ahead of time. We were on a tight window for the 30th to move so had no choice but to pick up a day earlier. Then this screwed us on the return which was another issue. Because picked up I day earlier I had to have it back a day earlier and thus had to unload it in the rain to get in back on time. In addition when they called to tell me i couldn't pick up in Bloomington and he changed the reservation I was driving and asked multiple times if the dro offlocatiob eas the same. He said it was. He LIED. I had to take it further away and to a place that was closed. I had chosen the location for the return on my initial reservation because it was close and they were open. I don't appreciate how your employees switch things to where they want and lie about it on top of it. You need to really fix your customer service. In addition when I'm driving up there I get a call from the drop off location that I was forced to do and was told he wanted me to bring it in sooner so a person didn't have to drive an hour away to get it. I said no. I had to drive out of my way and an hour from my over a month scheduled reservation to get it. Crazy what you expect from people. We get screwed over then you want us to help you out. That is BS.
JON VReally like Jesse. I have rented twice at this location and in my opinion he is in the top 10 percent of U-Haul rental establishments that I have utilized. Michael LNothing. Jesse took such good care of me that if he works there forever he’s the only person I will ever call for a U-Haul. Called in to see if there was any other trucks available and was told no repeatedly. Called and got ahold of Jesse, he looked at a couple locations and then Fitchburg and said there was a 20’ available. Said he’s right away and then later a 15’ came in and he swapped it to that. Such a good guy
Ethan HUhaul changed the pick up location randomly the day before. I called them and was informed that it would be still in person pick up. However, when I got there, the office was close. I was extremely confused and our moving was delayed and I had to pay more money.
