How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen I got there it had steps and my friend had to help me put my walker upstairs and I got up the steps inside I asked if I would get the 2 days insurance I didn't us and he told me the site was down so couldn't see. I did get a email later that confirmed return but still have no idea if the $15.00 a day for 2 days was returned to my credit card. Would like to speak with someone about this.
Nancy RThis location is fine, BUT..the hassle with getting the right truck was unbelievable. The original truck wouldn't work due to no loading ramp (not clearly advertised) and the process of getting into another vehicle was simply poor management. There was a truck located at this location that I eventually took possession of but I was sent to another location 30 minutes away first that had no people available and no way to collect the truck. After hours of frustration and calls I was finally sent back to the original location and picked up the new truck. I don't think I will ever use U-Haul again!
DAVID BThe site was fine & the manager was helpful - but we were delayed an hour due to a glitch with our reservation and the ramp was not properly attached - our loader was nearly injured and it caused a delay to our load and we had to have roadside assistance come fix it before we could leave. The unloaders noted that it was still not fully in place.
