Communication about payment up front being sequestered from my account upfront was never explained. They did not put the chain on the front of my car only the straps and back chain was supporting the car on the trailer and when I delivered the truck and trailer 1000 miles away they were very disturbed by the fact that the car was not chained up front. They explained that it was very dangerous because the straps can come loose. I Thank God for arriving safely. And hope that Triple J Motors never lets that happen again.

I rented a one-way 6x12 trailer. I requested it for 2 days but was told that the UHaul system automatically calculated the days based on the distance I was going and charged me for 3 days. I was led to believe that unused days would be credited back to me when I returned the trailer. I actually returned the trailer the very next evening. After a few days, no credit was given. I called, and my issue was turned over to the area manager. When he had not called me by the next day, I tried calling him directly. He was in a meeting, but my name and number were taken and emailed to him. Another day later, and I've still not heard from him. I can understand paying a convenience fee for not returning the trailer to the pick-up location, but I certainly feel justified in requesting that the $65 (approximately) be credited back to me for the two days I did not use the trailer, and it was back in UHaul's possession.
