The location and transaction was fine overall. The trailer was functional and performed very well. The trailers parking lights did not work and should be checked. It could have been a connection issue. Brake lights and turn signals performed perfectly. Overall everything went as expected. Thank you.

It took over 2 1/2 hours to get the reserved truck and no one at the location knew anything about helping. Just kept sending links that did not work. Extremely frustrating. Total failure in the customer service side of things.
