The female employee at this location is extremely rude. Whether on the phone or in person, each interaction that we saw her have with a customer was the same. The moving blankets that we rented were torn and dirty and left a rust like residue on our belongings. The unit that we rented was sufficient, with typical cosmetic defects. Overall, I would not recommend this location because of the poor customer service.
