Pickup was scheduled at 7 am. Moving pads requested were not in the truck. The service center did not provide a good solution. I waited for one hour for store to open, and it took another 30 minutes before I was helped. The employee didn’t seem eager to help or concerned that I was waiting. Very frustrating!

I have no issue with Ruddy’s rental. My issue is that the morning of my rental I was switched from the pickup location I had reserved from near my house to this place which is over an hour away from my house. U-Haul should not be able to do that.
