The car hauler they had on the lot had been turned in to them as recent theft recovery unit. In my opinion the recertification process took way too long. U Haul did have another unit in the area and the trailer worked perfectly for me. I will happily recommend Leroy’s and U-Haul. Thanks

Was convenient- but not clean and we did our own turn in. We also had to call prior because the reservation showed we needed to return on Monday and we had requested Sat. In general, our experience with U-haul was frustrating and not one we would do again.
