When doing a self check out on the phone this location will not give you the keys like the App says. U-Haul app clearly states do self check out & you can skip the line. You get to that location do the self check out & they still have you wait 15mins to “Verify information” but never ask ID when you get to the front of the line. So what exactly are we verifying, or are we just wasting peoples time. I did self check out for a reason, which is to speed up the rental process.
WILLIAM DPickup place was very friendly and accommodating. Truck was relatively new and very clean. They said that U-Haul likes to provide this for long hauls like we had.
