No one on site to help. 3 gallons shy of recommended fuel level and we were charged over $40.00. We were also charged an additional $15.00 for insurance coverage that we denied in the first place. This drop off is a rip off. They are nothing short of thieves .I haul as whole has really gone downhill recently. There equipment is subpar. I will never rent from them again.
