They had no idea we were coming. We arrived at our pickup time and no one was there. We then had to wait another hour and 15 minutes for them to arrive. At that point the truck wasn’t even ready, so we had to wait even longer. Our pickup was scheduled for 11:30 and it was 1 pm by the time we got the truck. For some reason we were also charged about $40 more for the Uhaul than what we were quoted when we booked it. Overall the experience was not good, but I put the blame on Uhaul as a company, not the individual who ran the shop. He had not been notified of our rental and was just as confused as we were.

Mitzi and all the other U-Haul staff I dealt with were exceptional, pleasant and helpful. I was just incredibly dissatisfied with the fact that I had to go thru 4 locations to get a truck and especially that it took over 3 hours to go and get the truck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
