I am a longtime uhaul customer since I have to move yearly however this was not a good experience for me. The truck was filthy and gas gauge was inaccurate and you charged me for it. I gave truck back with more miles til empty then I received it with. I will not be utilizing the western drive as pick up location or probably even uhaul again. The truck was filthy whoever was in it smoked and left there mess and the truck did not sound good I was worried for a moment of it was going to be driveable.
