Jen, the owner was so helpful and understanding when a family emergency came up. During the truck rental period, she gave me a grace time period to return the truck. She was so kind and I am so grateful she helped me through a very difficult moving situation. I would highly recommend this Uhaul company in Fruitland. Idaho.
Holly MThe key wasn't left in the lockbox so I lost a day. The inside of the windshield need to be cleaned in the truck, which is common. Other than that, the interaction I had with the staff was excellent. The gentleman was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and professional.
