U-Haul changed my pickup location and truck size from a 10’ to a 26’ the day before. I get some flexibility but to change from the smallest truck to the largest is just poor logistical planning/ capabilities. The truck barely fits in 2 parking spaces and in my driveway.

Add more double axle trailers. This was the best towing experience I have ever had with U Haul thanks to the 6x12 double axle.
