We had reservations to pick up our truck at 9:30 but the location didn’t open until 10 so had to wait. Once staff did open things went as expected

store needed to check in truck sooner. parent company had to call me and the store to verify truck was returned as scheduled. received my return receipt 36 hours after return.

Lewis KSafetow charged added without asking or confirmation. Parking/pick up location is challenging with heavy traffic and no room to connect or disconnect trailer without being in the busy highway.
Bryan CPrice was way too high. $199.00 for like 3 hours and 90 miles . They really get you with the miles . Not happy .
