don't give away a reserved truck. after driving a couple hundred miles to pick up the 15' truck that i had reserved for weeks, they gave it to another customer because of a lack of gas in the other customers smaller truck. i ended up with a much smaller truck (10') and no appliance dolly. just the worst. now of course i have to do it all over again because i couldn't move everything the first time, have to wait for another PTO day, drive drive drive, and again see if i can get somebody to help me. totally jacked up our move.
