Safetow charged added without asking or confirmation. Parking/pick up location is challenging with heavy traffic and no room to connect or disconnect trailer without being in the busy highway.
Bryan CPrice was way too high. $199.00 for like 3 hours and 90 miles . They really get you with the miles . Not happy .
Bob SI paid for a full day rental plus 80 miles. When I arrived it was a different truck and when I had it switched back to the 101st truck the mileage increased by .20. I prepaid $140+ then the app wouldn’t work to return it I had to reach out to customer service I had to submit photos through them. I used 79 miles and returned the truck with more gas then I got with it and completely Cleaned. I was charged an additional $44 but never sent a receipt. When I reached out to customer service they couldn’t help me and told me I had to go back to the store. I will be doing that tomorrow and if it’s not refunded I will be disputing the charge.
