The only thing I was a little disappointed about was my pick up time was at 9:00 am, I got there and no one was there. I didn’t want to take the U haul until I knew I was good to go along with paying for it so I wouldn’t get in trouble. I called the guy and he didn’t answer right away. I left a message and proceeded to call the actual U haul number and was put on hold for at least 20 minutes but in that time the guy called me back and I did everything over the phone which was fine. But if he didn’t call me back while I was on hold it could’ve been a different story. It went good just the fact that I stood around for about 20-30 minutes after 9 before I got ahold of someone. Just was disappointed and felt that I could’ve been gone sooner especially since I had to drive 40 min just to pick it up.

There was nobody there to help with the return process. It was all done on the app. Location was really in the middle of nowhere. You can only assume that return was done to u- haul’s liking. Haven’t received any confirmation messages, but hope I will receive something.
William MUhaul could work on the drop off process a little sometime celll phone service isn't the greatest and after the process left me standing there wondering if I did it right
William TEverything was fine with this location except it was 45 mins away from where I actually rented the vehicle. To send a customer almost an hour out of the way is not acceptable to me and I would have appreciated a discount for the trouble. Absolutely frustrating and annoying.
