Stan MAgreed to pick up truck at 6 am. Showed up at 6 and ton one put a key in the lock box. Wasted my time and gas. Had to come back once location was open to get key.
Markus BYou changed the location from what I had originally picked. My scheduled pick-up was for 7 a.m. This was confirmed on my contract. But this location doesn't open until 7:30. You caused me to lose a half-hour. Please update your records so this doesn't happen to someone else.
BRYAN SI dropped off the trailer 23 hours early and didn't seem to get any credit for that.
