The pick-up location in Graham is not the one I chose. It was given to me less than 24 hours from my pick-up time because my chosen location wouldn’t have the truck I rented. This “location” was a tiny, 100+-year old house that reeked of cigarette smoke and was run by a lady who moved and sounded like she would keel over at any moment. The location, I believe, is a business that makes ponds. Yes, ponds - tiny bodies of water. Not sure how or why they’re hustling U-Haul on the side, but it was sketchy AF pulling up to the place. Definitely wouldn’t return if I could help it.
