it was just a hotel who uses the edge of their parking lot for Uhaul rentals. I was able to just drop it off and leave, so I did not go inside. I was a little unsure about the procedure since there were no signs, but saw a line of Uhaul trailers and just put it in the row. Called somebody the next day to verify who was very delightful on the phone.

More visable Signage so customer's can easily find the location, and separate uhaul counter from the motel clerk for uhaul rentals.

Brandon NWe had to ask for the trailer to be cleaned out as there was black dirt inside and likely not wiped down. Also, after we drove it to the college campus a mile away from where we picked it up the driver’s side brake light and blinker would not work on the trailer so likely not serviced at all.
