Rental pickup was scheduled for 10am. I left at 11am. Internet and Uhaul system needs to improve drastically, online, in-person, not safe stairs, waiting lobby was downstairs maybe find space to have a waiting area, but even though we made the online reservation, the "release was 90% an inconvenience In-person was calm, pleasant, patient, problem solving, 1x another customer asked to pickup, but she was polite, kind and assertive -to ask to wait outside... We got to pay when we returned and she gave us until 4pm when we were supposed to drop off at 2pm. We ended up dropping off at 2pm regardless. Reminder, *check garage opener, anything in back of truck unit!! I will still recommend.
