The representative didn’t inspect the truck before renting it to us. The truck had mechanical problems and we couldn’t make it back to the drop off location before it broke down on the highway.

Shannon LCabin has all signs of spilled RedBull over it. Some signs of smoke I think, cup holders were probably used as ashtray. Matress of some homeless was lying under the truck rear. Why am I supposed to clean all that? Only when we arrived to pickup - it turned out that we can't do it after hours - why your fucking App allowed us to do a reservation??? We were calling support like idiots, no suitable trucks found nearby. That's how your app and system works! We were forced to come next day morning. Don't you want to compensate for all this?
