I was charged for 10 miles more than I actually used and Ithe dolly I paid for wasn’t on the truck.

The schedule people at u haul need to have a better means of locating equipment for pick up.
george mThe woman didn’t even come out of her mobile home to check the trailer or assist with the unhooking of the trailer. I looked around and found a trailer jack on another trailer and used that to pick up the trailer off my truck. These trailer are very heavy to lift off of the ball on the back of the truck. There should be someone at the location to assist you with that. If this was my wife bringing it back she would never have gotten it off the truck.
