Someone who is experienced needs to be at work the day of a rental! I was there getting a tow dolly as part of the Equipment Transportation program, and the young lady at work that day had no idea about what was going on! I was there for over 2 hours! Very poor work! U-Hail needs to do better!!! I mane really better!
