Make sure the truck and everything rented is there and correct. The process was awful. Truck wasn't there. App wouldn't work.the equipment I rented wasn't even available at that rental site. I paid for a bigger truck and equipment I didnt get.

We ordered equipment (4 total dollys, 12 furniture blankets) that were not included in the truck at pick up. I noted that in the app at pickup and drop off yet I was still charged. The person at the location was unable to answer any questions.
