I was overcharged for the rental and promised it would be reimbursed if I went through with a contract. There was someone named Justin who gave them Mechanic that information. I have not been reimbursed for the overcharge when I call. No one answered the phone. I will have to call back on Monday, but that is not what I was told.

Cristopher QDrop off was a mechanics garage. There was a huge delay in helping my son drop off truck because he was helping someone else and then talking to a salesman.
Deborah EThe trucks windshield was HELD ON BY TAPE..
Erin SThe truck drove great and was the perfect size for the move. I'm unsatisfied with the cost. I thought I would get a partial refund for the rental based on mileage but didn't. It cost me about 250 dollars to move from Harrisburg to Lancaster.
