W&S U-haul looks like a junk yard. The office was closed and locked at 10:30 am. When leaving the gate automatically opened to exit.Went back at 3:00 pm still no one there at office, hours stated closed at 1:30 pm, where. No one was there during regular open hours. Called the location number X 3 w/ voicemail, no response. Then couldn't get out gate wouldn't open. Called main office they said keypad available to get out, that wasn't stated in drop instructions.

Laird SWell I blew out a tire. I suspect no one is inspecting the tires to make sure they are still serviceable. I ended up being hours behind schedule and how to deviate from my current route. I had to spend more money on fuel which resulted in turning the U-haul in with more fuel than I previous left with.
Dalton ALaird is a super accommodating young man that has nothing but the customer's best interests in mind. I HIGHLY recommend this U-Haul location to anyone in the Lake Las Vegas community. You can't go wrong. You just have to realize that the majority business is a boat storage facility. But, W&S Holdings has gone out of their way to make U-Haul transactions easy.
