How U-Haul Reviews WorkJust needs to work on the parking lot
Jeffery HThis is literally an empty grassy/muddy lot, that was full of uhaul equipment. I had a sign saying where to return, but absolutely no building on site, no person. I had to call the guy when I got there who said just leave the truck and he would be by in the next few days to check it in. I was quite concerned about that and where I would leave the key and if I would get proper credit for turning it in on time. This has been my most unsettling experience returning a uhaul truck ever.
