What personnel? The Subway employee? One small uhaul sign, a lock box on the side of a building, and no uhaul equipment to signify where we should park is not an uhaul “location.”

Someone from the subway shop ca.e out calling me names and telling meni was stupid because I wouldn't give him the keys instead i placed them in the secure lock box that said it was for my uhaul. I was shakened up from this experience.
Mackenzie BI have never been more inconvenienced by Uhaul as I was this time. My Uhaul kept getting switched and on the day of the move 3/29/26 we were supposed to get our truck at 9am and it was pushed till 11. I only had so many people that could help at that time. I was told I’d get a $50 credit. Even though I was charged full price.
