The first truck that I reserved would not start. To me it appeared that someone had made a copy of the key minus the transponder (no chip). Lost about 30 minutes getting into another truck. The young man that I worked with was great.

Car two dolly L tire was low and tire tie down strap was frayed. I had to ask to have air put in very low tire and had to wonder if it had a slow leak
Michael BThe business was not ready for me to pick up the truck. Nor did they have the two wheel dolly needed nor the 12 pads I ordered. They told me I would have to go to another location to rent them. They said UHAUL did not notify them of my needs. Not good business.
