We had a great overall experience. The woman in charge was helpful both by phone and in person. We had an easy time picking up and dropping off the rental truck. I will definitely use this specific location for all future Uhaul needs.

The human error of the key placement was a factor. The key for my truck rental was in another locker. I had to call the 1-800 # because the location was closed. The telephone rep walked me through opening other key lockers until I was able to get access to the proper key. It was frustrating.
