I scheduled pickup for 8:30am. When I arrived for pickup, this location wasn't open and wouldn't open until 10am to my surprise! I called the Houston help and she transferred the order to another location. Went there and even though they say they open at 7am, NO ONE was there nor reachable by phone. Transferred it back to Dudleys and I got the truck at 10am when he opened. Everything else from there was good.

Wasn’t allowed to pick up rental, was told since it was a holiday U-Haul was closed. Ended up renting at another place down the street so much for being closed on a holiday. If I could give it zero stars I would.
JOSE TGood experience overall. U-Haul seems to need an alignment though.
RAY GThe location is not a U-haul store is more like a Mechanic shop with a bunch of people just walking around, main off is like a small gas station room, people not to polite. They took long time to attend me, and to process my application, their system was to slow. Later on when I return the vehicle I rented, and we were doing the check out, They made me sweep the truck and make me pull the truck into the space I took it from, when normally at least in other locations they are the ones that do it and you just oak the vehicle into the spot they have that says "returns here". I was i little disapu.
