I had to wait for ten minutes for owner to show up after their 10am opening. No one looked over their truck with me. There was trash inside the cabin, and 4 dirty blankets in the back. Fuel indicated on paper was 3/8 but was 1/4. Upon returning the truck, I had to wait for owner to check the truck in and give me a receipt.

First thing I had to do is put fuel in the truck. I turned it on and the 50 mile warning was on. Not the best. And especially as I returned it with more than that and but then found I was charged an additional fuel charge anyway. Something to watch out for. My fault, I should have went back in at the beginning but the whole checking in process was exhausting, and I just wanted to get going. The1/4 tank mark is apparently open to interpretation… Truck was dirty, had to sweep it out first. Brakes felt like they needed maintenance.
Debbie MThe woman checking me in was very rude and disinterested. I had to do all the checking in on my phone with zero help from her. The truck was not clean, there were moving blankets all over the back of it and even some of the previous customers belongings. It was also completely out of gas. Finally, when I returned the truck I specifically asked them to check it in while I was there and they refused. The next day I got a call from Uhaul asking if I'd returned the truck since this location apparently never completed the check in.

RONIS RThis location took a long time to get me in and out of the truck. I ended up getting a call the next day asking if I ever dropped off the truck which I had about 20 hours prior meaning they never checked it in like they said. And when I received the truck the gas was 30 miles to empty.
